AI Email Writer

The AI Email Writer generates complete email body content from a short description of what you want to communicate. It produces professionally written HTML email content that you can use as-is or customize further in the editor.

How to Use the AI Email Writer

  1. Open your campaign in the Campaign Builder and go to the Design step.
  2. In the Mailnaptic AI toolbar at the top of the editor, click Write Email.
  3. A panel opens where you can configure the generation:
    • Brief — describe what the email should communicate. Be specific about the topic, offer, or message. Example: “Announce our spring sale with 25% off all products, running March 20-27, emphasize free shipping on orders over $50.”
    • Tone — select the desired voice: professional, casual, friendly, urgent, or playful.
    • Length — choose short (2-3 paragraphs), medium (4-5 paragraphs), or long (6+ paragraphs).
  4. Click Generate.
  5. The AI produces full email body content including headings, body text, and a call-to-action.
  6. Review the generated content. Click Insert to add it to your email editor, or Regenerate to get a new version.

What the AI Generates

  • Structured HTML content with paragraphs, headings, and emphasis.
  • A clear call-to-action aligned with the brief you provided.
  • Content appropriate for the selected tone and length.

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific in your brief. “Write an email about our sale” produces generic content. “Announce our spring clearance sale, 30% off winter inventory, includes boots, coats, and scarves, ends March 31” produces targeted, detailed content.
  • Mention key details like dates, discount percentages, product names, and deadlines.
  • Iterate. If the first generation is close but not perfect, adjust your brief and regenerate, or use the AI Text Rewrite tool to refine specific sections.
  • The AI generates content only — it does not add images or design layout. Use the email editor to enhance the visual design after inserting AI-generated text.
  • Always review AI-generated content for accuracy before sending. Verify any specific claims, dates, and offers match your actual promotion details.
