Work across multiple organizations from a single account.
Switching Between Organizations
If you manage email programs for multiple brands or clients, your account may belong to more than one Mailnaptic organization. You can switch between them without logging out.
How to Switch
- Look for the organization selector in the top bar, next to the search icon. On mobile it appears in the navigation menu. It only appears when your account belongs to two or more organizations.
- Open the selector, which lists all organizations your account belongs to.
- Choose the organization you want to switch to.
All data—contacts, campaigns, domains, and settings—is scoped to the selected organization.
How You Join an Organization
Registering creates your first organization. To join another one, an owner or admin of that organization invites you from Organization → Members (see Inviting Team Members) and you accept the invitation while signed in with the invited email address.
Data Isolation
Each organization is completely separate. Contacts, campaigns, domains, API keys, and team members do not overlap between organizations. Your role can differ per organization.
Tip: Name your organizations clearly (e.g., “Acme Corp — Marketing” and “Acme Corp — Transactional”) so you can quickly identify the right one.
