Navigating the Dashboard

An overview of the dashboard layout and key metrics.

Navigating the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen in Mailnaptic. It gives you a snapshot of your email program’s health and quick access to common actions.

Key Metrics

At the top of the Dashboard you will see summary cards showing:

  • Contacts — The number of contacts, with the net change for the selected period.
  • Campaigns — The number of campaigns in your organization.
  • Domains — The number of sending domains and how many are verified.
  • Sent Emails — The number of emails sent.

Use the date range selector (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom) and, if you have several domains, the Domain filter to change what the page shows.

Activity and Sending Health

The Activity over time chart plots sends, opens, clicks, contacts added, net growth, unsubscribes, and total contacts. The Sending health section shows your bounce rate, complaint rate, and unsubscription rate for the period.

Recent Campaigns and Contacts

The Recent campaigns list shows each campaign’s status, how many emails were sent, and the open rate. Click a campaign to open it; drafts and scheduled campaigns open in the editor. Recent contacts lists the contacts most recently added. Use View all to jump to the full list.

Navigation

The navigation bar at the top of the page groups the main sections:

  • Dashboard — The overview screen you are on.
  • Audience — Contacts, Lists, Segments, and Compliance.
  • Messaging — Campaigns, Automations, and Newsletter Archive.
  • Commerce — Store integrations, products, orders, abandoned carts, and revenue attribution.
  • Analytics — Reporting across your campaigns.
  • Domains — Sending domains and Postmaster.

Click the user icon in the top-right corner to open the user menu, which contains Billing, Organization (members, API keys, custom fields, tags, and organization settings), Audit Log (owners only), Webhooks, Help center, API docs, Settings, and Sign out.

Search

Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac), or click the search icon in the top bar, to open global search.
