Organization Insights
Organization Insights provides an AI-powered overview of your email marketing health, trends, and opportunities. Rather than analyzing individual campaigns or contacts, this feature looks at your entire organization to surface patterns and recommendations that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Accessing Organization Insights
Navigate to Analytics > Organization Insights from the main navigation. The insights dashboard refreshes daily and presents findings across several categories.
Health Score
At the top of the insights page, you will see your organization's overall health score — a number from 0 to 100 that reflects the combined state of your deliverability, engagement, list hygiene, and sending practices. The score is calculated from:
- Deliverability metrics — Bounce rates, complaint rates, and domain health status.
- Engagement trends — Whether open and click rates are improving, stable, or declining over the past 90 days.
- List hygiene — The proportion of disengaged, bounced, or unsubscribed contacts relative to active subscribers.
- Sending consistency — Regular, predictable sending patterns score higher than sporadic bursts.
Trend Analysis
The trend analysis section examines your metrics over time and highlights significant changes. You will see insights such as:
- Open rates have increased 12% over the past month, likely driven by improved subject lines.
- Unsubscribe rates spike on campaigns sent to segments larger than 10,000 — consider more targeted sends.
- Monday sends consistently outperform Friday sends for your audience.
Each insight includes a confidence level and a link to the underlying data so you can investigate further.
Suggested Actions
Based on the analysis, Mailnaptic generates a prioritized list of recommended actions. These might include:
- Creating a re-engagement automation for 2,400 contacts showing declining engagement.
- Verifying a sending domain whose DKIM records have changed.
- Adjusting send frequency for a segment experiencing above-average unsubscribes.
- Cleaning contacts that have not opened an email in over six months.
Each suggestion links directly to the relevant feature in Mailnaptic so you can take action immediately.
Suggested Segments
Organization Insights also recommends new segments you might want to create based on patterns in your data. For example, it might suggest a "Weekend openers" segment if a significant portion of your audience consistently engages on Saturdays and Sundays, or a "High-value clickers" segment for contacts who click on more than 50% of emails they open.
Exporting Insights
Click Export to download a PDF summary of your current organization insights. This is useful for sharing with stakeholders, including in reports, or archiving for month-over-month comparison.
